Who can schedule an appointment?

Scheduling is available for referring veterinarians only. Pet owners and hospital staff can access information, but appointment booking is restricted to registered veterinary professionals.

How does the scheduling system work?

We aim to integrate a scheduling system with ezyVet or similar software that allows:

Secure access for referring veterinarians
Region-specific schedules
Tailored scheduling for select clinics If a veterinarian is not registered, an appointment request will be sent via email.

Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience by evaluating pets in their regular veterinary clinic. The appointment may include:

Do you perform cardiac ultrasounds (echocardiograms)?

Not at this time, but we plan to add cardiac ultrasound services in the future as the practice expands.

Can pet owners contact you directly for consultations?

No, all consultations must be scheduled through a referring veterinarian. However, pet owners can visit our website for information about our services and what to expect.
